We contacted Ken for a private introductory class for the family on meditation and mindfulness. As beginners there was a bit of apprehension as we didn’t fully know what to expect. But Ken’s down to earth and personable demeanour quickly made everyone feel comfortable and inclusive. He guided us through various methods of meditation, explained techniques for managing random thoughts, and patiently took the time to answer all of our questions. His calm manner and passion for what he does improved our confidence in that anyone can meditate and benefit from it.
