Hello! I am sharing my personal journey through what would be considered a colourful and difficult life. As a result of these experiences, I have gained many truths, insights and wisdom that I am now sharing in hopes to help others navigate through their lives while facing the current events of this new world we are seeing unravel.
I am a student of self-discovery, meditation and mindfulness.
My ambition is to guide others to raise their Conscious Awareness through self-inquiry and practices of self-love, concentration, mindfulness and meditation. These beautiful tools create profound effects on the level of contentment, happiness and success in one’s life, even through the most difficult times.
In my late-thirties as a successful businessman, my marriage broke down and I lost control of his life and began a long downward spiral of self-destructive behaviour with drugs, alcohol and sex addiction. This led me astray, alienating my family, friends, and colleagues and ultimately losing everything. The emotional pain of falling apart landed me in therapy for depression and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Having an urgent need for finding happiness and a deeper connection to myself, I began to study the science of the Yogic way of life which led me to spend time in various Ashrams and Monasteries travelling across North America, India, Nepal, Thailand and Bali.
I began to study Hinduism, Buddhism, Tantra and Quantum Physics which revealed great lessons and insights that crystallized a sense of forgiveness and self-love.
I continued learning at the University of Toronto’s Mindfulness Studies Program, as well as taking various courses at the Omega Institute in New York State and going to South America for retreats on Breath-work, Meditation and Yoga. I also began to practice Vipassana and Transcendental Meditation.
My fascination with higher state of consciousness continued journey and led me to the ancient psychedelic plant medicine of the Amazon, Ayahuasca. There in South America I had profound experiences and insights that gave me intense clarity on my suffering, and sense of purpose to help others move from the past trauma into a new states of being.
I further continued to experiment with Psilocybin and 5MeoDMT, and now understood our unlimited and eternal nature that goes beyond the five-senses and our physical being. In other words, I have no fear of death because it doesn’t exist, other than the death of the ego. We all leave behind our meat-suit and go back home. This “home” is what we all long for, its that tugging in our heart that we are so divinely connected to- its the life-force, the astral plane of the ultimate, the One-consciousness, God.
We are capable of an anything, and can become everything here on earth, we just have to let go of our sh#t 🙂
I live in Collingwood ON Canada.
